LEED Silver with
commissioning of HVAC and lighting systems. Reuse of existing geothermal
wells with supplemental distribution equipment to suit the increased
occupancy of the classrooms. The existing building was fully sprinklered
and was reworked for the new spaces. New electric service was added
to accommodate supplemental cooling system, as additional geothermal
wells were not within the budget. New energy efficient lighting,
occupancy sensors, whole building lighting control, fire alarm system
and power and data for classrooms throughout. Building is connected
to the main campus with a lighted walkway using LED poles.

review and set up of LEED goals achieving Silver Rating.
